Our History
The LAC Centre is a study, research and business centre dedicated to the economic, social and regional analysis of Latin America and the Caribbean, with a focus on its relationship with the European Union. Founded by Lourdes Daza Aramayo in collaboration with the Anglo-American University, our centre is based in Prague, from where we promote scientific, academic and business initiatives.
We specialise in the production of applied knowledge, the promotion of critical thinking and the development of strategies that strengthen cooperation between the two regions. Through research, conferences and strategic alliances, we aim to have a positive impact on political and economic decision-making.
Our commitment is to serve as a bridge between Latin America, the Caribbean and the European Union, facilitating dialogue, innovation and sustainable growth through the exchange of ideas and opportunities for collaboration.
